Each year, the Oneida Indian Nation sponsors its Annual Employee Health and Wellness Fair featuring informational displays from 75 local health, wellness and safety agencies and providers. This year’s event took place on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4th. Eight hundred sixty employees and their guests participated in the day-long event, held at The Nation’s Turning Stone Resort and Casino. Participants also had the opportunity to donate blood through the Red Cross Blood Drive, which exceeded its goals by collecting 49 pints, with seven donors achieving double red status. In addition to the fair, 350 employees took advantage of the opportunity to receive their annual flu shots.
