Oneida Nation Names Employees of the Month -11/14/08Four members of the Oneida Indian Nation’s workforce were chosen as Employees of the Month for November. They are: David Ahearn of New Hartford, a food server at Turning Stone Resort and Casino; Linda Scholl of Verona, a food & beverage server at Turning Stone Resort and Casino; Robert Tucker, a sales representative for Indian Country Today; and Julia Zimbal, a baker at Turning Stone Resort and Casino. The honorees each receive a $50 gift voucher to Turning Stone restaurants, shops, spa/salon or golf; a $50 gift voucher to the SāvOn enterprises; an entertainment VIP pass for up to four tickets to a public event or performance in the Showroom or two tickets to the Event Center; a personalized parking space, depending on the enterprise, for one month; recognition on the Employee of the Month and Year plaques; and eligibility for the Employee of the Year award.
