Norwegian Cruise Lines Culinary Leader Joins Turning Stone Team - 9/13/11

Jason Drysdale, a food and beverage executive with more than 20 years of experience in managing culinary operations, has been named director of culinary operations at Oneida Indian Nation’s Turning Stone Resort Casino. He will be responsible for the resort’s kitchens and food quality, as well as culinary staff training and development.

Drysdale most recently was corporate executive chef of operations for Norwegian Cruise Lines and was based in their Miami headquarters.

Turning Stone Resort Casino, visited by more than 4.5 million people a year, has extensive food and beverage operations with more than 15 dining options, catering for about 1,000 business meetings annually, room service for four hotels and an employee cafeteria serving many of the 4,500 people who work for the Nation and its enterprises.
