3 GP&S offices closed for the holiday.

6 Summer Jam program begins at the Recreation Center, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Continues weekdays until August 14.

Auricular Acupuncture and Guided Imagery, 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the C&E Center.

7 Personal training with Linda Sevier, every Tuesday from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. at the gym and Fitness Center, by appointment only. Call Mike Washo at (315) 829 -8713.

10 Monthly dinner and social, 6 p.m.-10 p.m. in the Cookhouse and Council House. Males are needed to assist with singing.

15 Potluck and social dancing, 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

18 Oneida Children’s Choir practice, 2 p.m. at Shako:wi Cultural Center.

22 Pizza and social dancing, 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

28 Diabetes Self-Management Support Group/Healthy Grilling with the Elders, 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m. on the patio of the C&E Center. Registration limited to 15.

29 Potluck and social dancing, 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

Guided Imagery and Auricular Acupuncture

The monthly Guided Imagery and Auricular Acupuncture group will be held on Monday, July 6, from 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the C&E Center. Kara Kaplan will lead the group and is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist from Behavioral Health Services. Guided imagery and acupuncture are relaxation techniques that can relieve stress and anxiety, help with weight loss, pain management, sleep problems, reduce alcohol and tobacco cravings, and anger management. Must be 18 years old. For more information, call (315) 829-8760. The group will be held monthly through September.

Walking Society - Walk Your Way to Fitness!

Walking Society is open to Nation Members and Health Center clients 10 years to adult. Walk in the Nation gym Mon-Fri between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and/or Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun from 5 p.m.- 6 p.m. Elders may also walk at the C&E Center on Tues/Thurs from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. or 1 p.m.-2 p.m. Earn incentives by walking. Call (315) 829-8484 for details.

Oneida Children’s Choir

The Oneida Children’s Choir is open to enrolled Members 6-12 years old. The children will learn several songs in the Oneida language and will be asked to perform at various Nation and public events. Rehearsal will be held Saturday, July 18 at 2 p.m. at Shako:wi Cultural Center. For more information, call Kandice Watson at (315) 829-8363.
