Services by appointment are preferred. Clients who need specialty care that cannot be provided at the Health Department will be referred to the nearest, most appropriate provider. Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Phone: (315) 472-6343 The programs offered by Behavioral Health Services and Pathways Case Management are open to registered Health Center clients of all ages. Services include individual, couples, family and group counseling for mental health issues; and assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning and ongoing psychotherapy. The initial intake is conducted by the Behavioral Health Services program manager, then an appointment is given and a counselor is assisgned. Behavioral Health Services also offers specialized therapies including Auricular Acupuncture, Guided Imagery and Art Therapy.
