The Oneida Indian Nation Police is dedicated to preserving the peace, protecting property, preventing and detecting crime, and enforcing federal, state, and Oneida Indian Nation Laws and ordinances.

    The 4,777 employees of the Oneida Indian Nation collectively paid nearly $25 million in federal income tax, social security and state income taxes. On top of what the employees paid, the Nation paid nearly $9 million to Social Security to cover its portion for employees.
