Several new items have recently been put on display at the Oneida Nation’s Health Services offices in Dream Catcher Plaza in Oneida. The new hand made creations, made by participants in classes offered through the Shako:wi Cultural Center, complement the older artifacts that have been on display in the two large display cases in the lobby since the opening of the new Health Services location earlier in 2016. The new artwork further contributes to the Haudenosaunee design and art used throughout the medical center by adding traditional crafts with modern concepts and styles to the display.

Oneida Nation Members and Health Services clients interested in more information about the classes offered at Shako:wi should contact the Cultural Center at (315) 829-8801.
