Celebrating 15 years – the Oneida’s Turning Stone Resort Casino offers world-class golf, gaming, entertainment, and accommodations. Since opening in 1993, Turning Stone has become a destination resort and one of the top five tourist destinations in New York State, hosting more than 4 million visitors a year.

The Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission, as established under the Nation-State Compact between the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and the State of New York, ensures the integrity of casino gaming, and thereby protects the interests of The Oneida Indian Nation, its members, employees and guests. Oneida Nation Reaches Historic Agreement with State of New York, Oneida County and Madison County
The Oneida Nation reached an historic agreement with the State of New York Thursday to resolve all outstanding disputes regarding the status of the Nation’s lands, property taxes, sales taxes and gaming at Turning Stone Resort Casino. In exchange for the Nation’s agreement to share a portion of its gaming revenues with the State, the State will discontinue all legal challenges, and end longstanding opposition to the recognition of the Oneida Nation reservation.
