Dinner Honors Community Wellness Champions

The Nation's Community Wellness Program continues to laud families and individuals who are striving to offset the trends of obesity and diabetes so prevalent in American Indian communities.

The incentive program awards are presented to those who exhibit an outstanding contribution to wellness in various areas of the community and were presented at a recent dinner held at the Ray Elm Children and Elders Center.
