“Guiding Lights Tour” at Turning Stone Event Center December 31

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band Earth, Wind & Fire brings its “Guiding Lights Tour” to the Turning Stone Resort Casino Event Center for a New Year’s Eve show December 31. “Guiding Lights” is the first single from Earth, Wind & Fire’s latest album, Now, Then & Forever.

With a legacy spanning more than four decades and led by founding members Philip Bailey, Verdine White, and Ralph Johnson, Earth, Wind & Fire has garnered 20 Grammy nominations with eight wins. The signature sound of Earth, Wind and Fire is not easily categorized with hit soul, R&B, jazz, disco, and electronic songs like “Shining Star”, “That’s the Way of the World”, “Sing a Song”, “Let’s Groove”, and “Boogie Wonderland”. Those songs and many more led to Earth, Wind & Fire’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.

Earlier this year, Earth, Wind & Fire received the Congressional Horizon Award, acknowledging the group’s positive influence on the nation’s youth through its charitable work.
