Oneida Nation Enterprises Introduces Human Resources Managers

Ebony Williams and Greg Rogers Bring a Depth of Experience

Oneida Nation Enterprises added two new leaders to its Human Resources team. Ebony Williams and Greg Rogers bring with them more than two dozen years of HR experience.

Ebony Williams serves in the new position of Human Resources Information Systems Manager. In this role, Ebony oversees daily maintenance of all Human Resources and benefits data and works to automate processes and create efficiencies in the processing of HR and Payroll data. Ebony will also be involved in implementing systems to support other HR processes and improve data flow between employees, Human Resources, and operating departments. Ebony has 12 years of experience in HRIS and benefits and payroll administration, most recently with Sugar House Casino in Pennsylvania. She has also served in HR positions at Paychex and Harrah’s Entertainment.

As Oneida Nation Enterprises Employment Manager, Greg Rogers oversees all recruitment for the Oneida Nation as well as administration of pre-employment licensing requirements. Rogers brings more than 12 years of experience in recruiting, HR management, and sourcing, most recently with The Hartford Financial Services. He has also served in positions with Deluxe Corporation and Capital One Services. Rogers holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and a Master’s degree from SUNY Buffalo.

Oneida Nation Enterprises encompass Turning Stone Resort Casino, SāvOn Convenience Stores, Four Directions Productions, Indian Country Today Media Network, Car Care, and marina operations. It is one of the largest employers in Central New York, with more than 4,500 workers.
