The readers of the Syracuse New Times each year participate in a poll to select “The Syracuse New Times Best of Syracuse” designations. The 2008 poll’s list includes hundreds of categories including “The Best Place to Dance. Turning Stone Resort and Casino’s Lava Club was chose as this year’s winner.
