The Hollywood Golden Era and Beyond – Icons of Costume Exhibit opened for public viewing on Friday Nov. 25 in the Event Center Exhibit Gallery at Turning Stone Resort Casino. Visitors to the resort through Jan. 28 will be able to experience the magic of legendary movies such as: “The Wizard of OZ,” “Terminator2: Judgment Day,” “Gentlemen Prefer Blonds,” “Gone with the Wind,” “Cleopatra,” “Bull Durham,” “The Ten Commandments,” “The Maltese Falcon,” and many more.
This exciting collection of costumes and rare memorabilia is from the collection of John LeBold, who has been collecting them for the past 50 years. Today, his huge collection totals more than 1,500 costumes; the Turning Stone Exhibit is considered “The Best of” and features more than 30 costumes and rare memorabilia. The Turning Stone “Icons of Costume Exhibit” is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from Noon to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m. through Jan. 28. Cost for admission is $6.
