Kendra Koch Named Oneida Nation’s First Service Superstar Winner - 3/12/10
Kendra Koch of Vernon is the first recipient of the Oneida Nation’s Service Superstar. A cosmologist in the Ahsi' Day Spa & Salon at Turning Stone Resort and Casino, she won the award for providing exceptional guest service in the area of handling with care. Koch has worked for the Nation since November 2007.
The Service Superstar program replaces the Nation’s employee of the month program which had been in place for 13 years.
