Van Deventer Named Manager at Turning Stone’s Ska:ná Spa - 3/22/10
Renee Van Deventer of Waterloo, N.Y. has been chosen as the manager of Ska:ná the luxury spa at Turning Stone Resort and Casino that combines modern treatments with Oneida Indian healing principles. She has more than ten years of experience in the hospitality and spa industry.
Before joining the Turning Stone team, Van Deventer held several positions at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, N.Y., most recently as spa director. Previous positions at Mirbeau included assistant spa director and licensed esthetician. Van Deventer is a NYS Licensed Esthetician. She received her cosmetologist license from Continental School of Beauty and is an active member of the New York State and International Spa Associations.
