Oneida Nation Names Service Superstar Award Winner for May - 6/25/10The Oneida Indian Nation has announced its Service Superstar Award winner for the month of May. Caroline Shwe of Utica, a porter in the Environmental Services Department at Turning Stone Resort and Casino, was honored for providing legendary service in the area of handling guests with care. She has worked at the resort since February 2009. Service Superstars is a new program that replaces the Employee of the Month and is designed to recognize employees who have gone above and beyond in extending superb customer service. A Service Superstar is an employee who creates a service experience so memorable that it inspires others to do the same. Monthly winners are eligible for the Annual Legendary Superstar Award and each receives a SāvOn Gift Card and Turning Stone Resort Gift Certificate.
