Oneida Nation Names Service Superstar for August - 9/20/11
Andy Phillips of Oneida has been named a Service Superstar for the Oneida Indian Nation for the month of August for providing legendary service to customers. Phillips, a customer service associate for the SāvOn Convenience Store located at the corner of Route 5 and Main Street in Oneida, has been employed at the Nation since August 2001.
A Service Superstar is an employee who creates a service experience so memorable that it inspires others to do the same.
