Turning Stone Attracts Spa Manager from Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa - 12/12/11Michelle Pino from Blackwood, NJ has been named manager for the Turning Stone Resort Casino’s luxurious Skana Spa. Before coming to the Oneida Indian Nation’s destination resort in Central New York, Pino was spa operations manager at Spa Toccare and Immersion Spa/Water Club at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City. Pino previously held several positions at Hello Gorgeous Salons in New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandizing from Philadelphia University.
