WHAT:
On Wednesday, March 16, Turning Stone and representatives from the World Series of Poker® (WSOP) will host a press conference to celebrate the kick-off of New York’s first-ever WSOP tournament. The event will also welcome the thousands of guests expected to travel to Upstate New York and participate in the tournament. Turning Stone will also be giving away complimentary WSOP branded T-shirts, sweatshirts and hats to guests.
Throughout Turning Stone’s 12-day WSOP Circuit event, which begins on March 17, poker players will be vying for more than $1 million, 15 different opportunities to take home a WSOP ring, and a chance to win a seat in the nationally televised WSOP “Tournament of Champions” in Las Vegas.
Turning Stone is in a very elite global group. Being selected to host a WSOP Circuit event in 2022 was awarded to fewer than 15 casinos in the world, distinguishing Turning Stone as the only WSOP Circuit event in the Northeast.
