Are you a creative person with a passion for design? The Oneida Indian Nation is offering Nation Members and other American Indians the opportunity to design artwork that will adorn the sides of the Elders Program bus. The bus is used for day trips to local areas of interest and some longer trips supported by the program.

The design chosen will be the winner of the Design Concept Contest, sponsored by the Oneida Indian Nation Elders, and the winner will receive a $500 grand prize. Design dimensions are included in the attached flyer with other specific eligibility criteria. The contest will be open on February 3rd and run through June 22nd. Submissions can be sent via email to Tammy Patterson at or by mail at Ray Elm Children & Elders Center, 5000 Skenondoa Way, Oneida, NY 13421.

For more information, call the Elders Program at 315-829-8135 or 1-800-685-6115. The Oneida Indian Nation reserves the right to alter designs to fit the dimensions of the bus and to meet the specifications of the print vendor. The winning design will also become the property of the Oneida Indian Nation Elders.
