Oneida Nation Enterprises will host the “Get in the Game” Hiring Event at Turning Stone Resort Casino’s on Monday, September 12th. With a variety of full- and part-time positions available, qualified applicants will receive on-the-spot job offers and $1,000 sign-on bonuses for select roles with opportunities for affordable employee housing for new full-time, hourly, non-management employees.

On September 12, the region’s largest employer will host a major hiring event at Turning Stone, called the “Get in the Game” Hiring Event.  The “Get in the Game” Hiring Event will provide on-the-spot job offers to qualified applicants with select positions also receiving $1,000 sign-on bonuses. Oneida Nation Enterprises is hiring for a range of positions including Cooks, Table Games Dealers, Beverage Servers Golf & Grounds, Sports Book Writers, and more across its portfolio of hospitality and gaming venues.

The new hiring event follows a year of historic growth at Oneida Nation Enterprises with more than 400 new jobs added since January 2022. As the organization plans for new venues, introducing new amenities and looks ahead to the holidays and the new year, it is expanding its workforce to maintain its high standards for guest service as demand continues to increase.

Oneida Nation Enterprises offers industry-leading pay for many hourly positions, including $17 – $20/hour for Cooks and $20 – $25/hour for Table Games Dealers. Candidates are not required to have experience to apply because paid on-the-job training is provided. Additionally, Oneida Nation Enterprises offers full- and part-time employees a generous benefits package that includes paid time-off, 401(k) retirement savings with employer matching, healthcare coverage, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Candidates hired for select full-time, hourly, non-management positions at Turning Stone are also eligible for Oneida Nation Enterprises’ brand-new employee housing at The Villages at Stoney Creek.
