Our mission

The Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission, as established under the Nation-State Compact and Nation Gaming Ordinance, shall ensure the integrity of casino gaming, and thereby protect the interests of the Oneida Indian Nation, its members, and guests.

The Oneida Indian Nation Gaming Commission is committed to ensuring fair play. Unfortunately, some individuals may enter our casinos intending to employ dishonest or illegal methods. To report a gaming concern to OINGC, please contact us. Please remember: when emailing to report suspicious gaming activity, we ask that you include specific details that may help our investigation. Information to include is: when and where the suspicious activity occurred and any information about who was involved (their name, nickname, age, date of birth, address, height, weight, tattoos, clothing, vehicle description, and people they associate or live with).
