The Crescent Hotel and Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar will celebrate their grand openings on June 29, 2026
Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (January 13, 2026) – Turning Stone Resort Casino announced today that reservations are now open for The Crescent Hotel, the resort’s highly anticipated newest property. Guests can now book accommodations and be the first to experience The Crescent Hotel and Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, which will officially open on June 29, 2026. The Crescent Hotel and Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, along with The Grand Expo (opening Labor Day 2026), will transform Turning Stone Resort Casino into New York’s largest meetings and conventions resort through the $370 million Turning Stone Evolution.
The Crescent Hotel, the resort’s fourth hotel on the main property, features 258 luxurious new guest rooms and suites, a dedicated entrance and check-in, as well as indoor connectivity to The Grand Expo, restaurants, the Event Center, the Showroom and the gaming floor. Guests are encouraged to make reservations here.
The Crescent Hotel is home to Salt: Seafood & Raw Bar, an elevated fine-dining destination unlike anything else in Upstate New York. Spanning the hotel’s entire seventh floor, the restaurant will feature an exceptional raw bar, sweeping views of the surrounding natural landscape with floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive heated terraces for three-season outdoor dining, and elegant private dining rooms designed for intimate gatherings and special occasions.
The Grand Expo, which is scheduled to open Labor Day Weekend 2026, features 200,000 sq. ft. of beautiful, modern meetings and event space, two ballrooms and a dedicated outdoor terrace designed to accommodate close to 2,000 guests. Conferences and events are already scheduled for late summer 2026.
“For more than 30 years, we’ve built a reputation of dreaming big and then bringing those dreams to life,” said Ray Halbritter, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Chief Executive Officer of Turning Stone Enterprises. “When The Crescent opens in June, the vision behind the Turning Stone Evolution comes to life, creating an incredible new experience for our guests and beginning the next chapter for our organization.”
Originally projected for completion in 2027, the Turning Stone Evolution, the largest reinvestment in the resort’s history, also includes a new 1,600-space parking garage and an on-site medical center to serve team members, guests, and the broader community. Through the evolution, 3,500 construction and related jobs have been created for this project. Since the project began, the Oneida Indian Nation has issued more than 90 awards to subcontractors in support of the Turning Stone Evolution, including more than 60 awarded to New York State businesses.
