(September, 2022) The Oneida Indian Nation’s Maple Leaf Markets and SāvOn Convenience Stores continued their longstanding partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association to help make a difference in the Central New York community. Over the past 20 years, the Oneida Indian Nation and its Maple Leaf and SāvOn stores have raised more than $280,000 for the MDA, including $11,438.81 in its most recent summer campaign.

With money raised during the MDA’s summer camp mobiles initiative, the Oneida Indian Nation helped the MDA improve the lives of children and families living with muscular dystrophy.

The SāvOn Convenience Store on Rte. 31 at Oneida Lake raised the most out of all participating Oneida Indian Nation locations, bringing in a total of $1,956.00.
