Bureau of Indian Education Higher Education Grant

All full-time vocational and undergraduate students are required to apply to the BIE Higher Education Grant as part of Scholarship Program.

Deadlines:
  • Nov. 30, 2021 for Spring/Winter 2022 Semester
  • March 15, 2022 for Summer 2022 Semester (only if BIE funding available/permits)
  • July 31, 2022 for Fall 2022 Semester
Eligibility:

New York State Indian Aid

All part-time and full-time vocational/technical/trade and undergraduate students attending school in New York are required to apply to NYSIA as part of Scholarship Program.

Deadlines:
  • January 4, 2022 for Spring 2022 Semester
  • July 15, 2022 for Fall 2022 Semester
Eligibility:
  • Enrolled Members & Children of Enrolled Members of  Cayuga, Oneida, Onondaga, Seneca Allegany, Seneca Cattaraugus, Shinnecock, St. Regis Mohawk, Tuscarora, Tonawanda Band of Seneca, and Unkechaug.
